My critique was displayed with the work of Tori Walton and Lauren Crane,

Below shows some photos of our work that was displayed, I used my large wall paintings which were projected onto the wall, also my table and masking tape which I had used to contrast that very neat and paticular work I usually make with straight lines and block colours.

Tori Walton has a large influence from Pop Art, Andy Warhol is clearly a large inspiration as you can see one of her pieces using Hama beads shows his pop art version of Marylin Monroe, her work is very neat and looks rather diffcult to produce such large pieces of detailed work from small coloured beads, its very precise and has a great outcome.

One of her pieces featured a video of a square of Hama beads spinning and slowing down until the actual image was present which was very interesting and almost illusion - like.

Lauren Crane shows a lot of expressionism in her work and I love the use of bold bright colours on a flat black background on one of her large canvases which was presented, It really lets the emotion of the colour shine through, I feel that emotion is very present in her work and her colour palettes are very much favoured toward a paticular feeling, I love the Jackson Pollock like way she has created her pieces, very interesting to look at.

Below is photo from the critique.
