Another wall painting

I decided to crack on with a brand new piece as my upcoming assessment was approaching, I had been going to paint the wall of the corridor outside of the studios for a very long time now and thought I should stop being so scared and just get out there and do it.
It took me a whole day to just draw out the triangles in pencil as a guide, I really love the spontanuity of the patterns I create, wherever I feel like there should be a triangle what ever type, equilateral, isosceles etc I will draw one.
I decided to definitely involve black grey and white in the top of the painting, the idea being that the colour will look like its bursting from the top of the wall and falling down into the ground, below shows the first development photo of the start of the painting.

A few of the challenges I faced were how to cover the floor, whether ladders were always going to be available and I learnt how to plan my time accordingly, above shows the current status of the wall which I am so far really pleased with, I love the fragments of colour falling from the sky.
